Delivery             In-store Pick-up

Delivery Basics:

  • Delivery of package beer is absolutely FREE so long as your order total is $25 or more and your order falls within our delivery schedule.  
  • When you order beer from Growlers to Go for delivery, you must be present to receive your delivery.  Think of it like delivery pizza.  We come within an hour of your order, hopefully much sooner.
  • We do NOT deliver filled growlers (yet).
  • You also must present proper identification upon delivery or our staff will refuse your orders.  
  • GTG staff reserves the right to refuse delivery if recipient is not available or is unable to produce proper identification (valid U.S. passport or driver's license).
  • Virginia ABC law (Virginia code 4.1.212.1.C) prohibits same day delivery of more than four (4) cases of wine or beer per recipient per delivery. You may order more than four cases, but your delivery will not arrive for 1-2 days, pending availability of the product.  We treat all keg orders in the same mannner - as orders that exceed four cases. 
  • If our staff refuses to provide your product based on inadequate ID, we do not provide refunds.  Please only order alcoholic beverages if you have (and can present) proper ID.
  • All delivery orders must be paid for in advance of delivery using online checkout.  However, GTG staff does accept tips :).
  •  If the online store does not feature the product you are seeking, please call the store, and we can add custom items to your order if we have them in stock.
  • The customer may refuse the product if it is damaged or incorrect.  In this event, GTG will issue a full refund to the customer. 
  • You may cancel a delivery order so long as it is within ten minutes of placing the order.  If our driver has departed for your delivery, it is too late to cancel your order.

In Store Pick-up:

  • If you place an order for pickup, we will prepare your order within 20 minutes and have it ready for you upon your arrival. 
  • You must pay for the order in advance using online checkout or else we cannot provide your product.
  • If you'd like our staff to bring your order to your vehicle, we can do that.  Call (804)-367-3073 to notify us when you arrive.
  • We have designated parking next to the Boulevard store and on the street in front of the store.
